Here's exactly what to send us

Once you've chosen a package, follow these steps. It takes about 5 minutes on your end.

Download your listings from eBay

We need a File Exchange CSV from your eBay Seller Hub. This contains all your live item IDs โ€” it's all we need to scrape and process each listing automatically.

1. Go to eBay Seller Hub at seller.ebay.co.uk
2. Click Listings in the top nav, then Active
3. Scroll down and click Download (File Exchange)
4. In the popup, select Active listings and click Download
5. You'll get a .csv file โ€” that's the one to send us

โœ“ Takes about 2 minutes
3

Email us your CSV with a few details

Send your downloaded CSV to sales@bestwaydigital.co.uk along with:

Package chosen: Starter / Growth / Scale
Your eBay store name: so we can add it to the listing footer (optional)
Preferred theme: Navy / Teal / Clean / Bold / Charcoal (or leave it to us)
Any brand voice notes: e.g. "we sell premium kitchenware, tone should be professional but friendly"
Attachment: your File Exchange CSV from Step 2

โœ“ We'll confirm receipt within a few hours

Receive your optimised CSV and upload to eBay

We'll send back a ready-to-upload File Exchange CSV with new optimised titles, HTML descriptions, and complete item specifics for every listing.

1. Go to eBay Seller Hub at seller.ebay.co.uk
2. Click Listings then File Exchange
3. Click Upload listings file and select the CSV we sent you
4. eBay will process the file โ€” all listings update simultaneously
5. Check Activity tab for confirmation โ€” usually done within minutes

โœ“ One upload, every listing updated

FAQs

Common questions

Anything else? Just email us.

Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes โ€” the free tool at /ebay generates 3 free samples per day using your actual eBay item IDs. Try it on your own listings before committing to a bulk order.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer (preferred) or PayPal. Once you email us, we'll send a proforma invoice. Work starts after payment is confirmed. All prices include VAT for UK customers.
What if I have listings across many different categories?
No problem at all. Our system handles 80+ eBay categories automatically. Each listing is matched to the correct category and receives the appropriate item specifics for that category. Mixed catalogues are our speciality.
Is my data secure?
Your CSV files are used solely for processing your order and deleted afterwards. We never share, sell or store your listing data beyond the processing window. We don't require access to your eBay account at any point.
What if I have more than 500 listings?
The Scale package has no upper cap. Email us with your approximate count and we'll agree a delivery timeline and price. Larger batches are processed in parallel workers so turnaround stays reasonable even for very large catalogues.
Will this work on eBay listings outside the UK?
Yes. We support eBay UK, US, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Canada. Just mention your eBay site when you email and we'll process accordingly.
What if I'm not happy with the output?
We stand behind our work. If a listing comes back with obvious errors or doesn't meet expectations, we'll revise it at no extra charge. Just flag it when you return the output and we'll sort it.
